For all Private Label and Custom Orders first contact GBA by email to submit your initial request. Once the request is finalized you will receive an invoice by email via PayPal. Upon submission of a credit card order via the Internet, GBA payments are processed through payment gateway with no information on customers stored on our website. Customers have a two (2) day grace period in which to cancel their order before shipment for full refund. The typical time for processing your order.

Orders paid for by checks are accepted in person only. GBA does not accept money orders or MoneyGram cheques. Cash is accepted for local pickup for Washington DC region, markets, and craft fairs in person only.
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of stock merchandise will result in full refund to the credit card account. Typically in stock items ship within 2-3 business days. This allows you time to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If cancellation is not received within this time-frame GBA will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds.
Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days for in-stock items. Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground or the USPS and typically take 3-10 business days for domestic deliveries. If you have ordered a color, size, model number, item number or style we are temporarily out of stock on or which has been discontinued, we will email or call you. At that time, you may substitute, wait or choose to cancel your order or that particular item. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or reject any order at our discretion.
Note, the shipping policy time-frames do not apply on Private Label and Custom orders. Anticipate 4-6 weeks on all custom orders. The delivery of products will be discussed at the time of order. Read the terms and agreements policy on all custom orders.
Currently we do not offer international orders however, we will keep you informed if this policy changes. When we do begin international orders, the orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours. Every effort is made to ship within two business days. All international orders are “final” and no refunds will be given once shipped regardless of acceptance of any additional international charges incurred by the destination country prior to delivery due to customs, taxes or duties. We will in no way be responsible for any extraneous or third party charges. Should additional shipping charges be required a confirmation email with international shipping charges will be sent and an approval response will be required prior to order processing and shipping. At that time, you may substitute, wait or cancel your order. If shipping charges initially collected are adequate then it will automatically ship but the above tax & duty statement will apply. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or reject any international order at our discretion. Please note that international shipments can take anywhere from 5 business days to 4 weeks depending on the destination countries delivery system. International exchanges will incur shipping charges and the above guidelines will apply. *Note, GBA will not ship liquids, oils, or other banned substances in accordance with shipping standards.
Due to the nature of these products we do not accept returns unless clearly damage has occurred to the product. We do not charge for ground re-shipping if you would like to make an exchange for another product. Refunds will be issued for the price of the new, resalable, returned product, to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your return, you will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has shipped, or when the refund has been issued for your return. Wholesale returns of new merchandise will be accepted only with a pre approved return authorization and may incur a restocking charge. No shipping charges will be reimbursed on elective, non defective returns. Original tags & packaging must be intact. . Returns may not be accepted on certain offers, specials or closeout items where noted.
Important notes about returning non-resaleable goods:
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged, used or soiled.
- We recommend that a image be sent by jpg or png file representing your damaged goods.
Please note – If your shipment is not insured and it gets lost, we have no way of issuing credit or making an exchange.
